The signature
Chinese Blue is one of the most recognizable signatures of Poterie de la Colombe: a deep, vibrant blue that spans the decades.
Depending on the series, the blue may vary slightly: this is normal, and it's also what makes the gesture authentic.
Free expression
Tachisme is Madeleine Brault's signature technique: spontaneous splashes, free gestures that bring life to each unique piece.
Each tachiste piece is unique — the gesture never repeats exactly.
Drawn nature
Flowers, foliage, birds — floral decorations tell the story of the Orriule garden and Madeleine's sure hand drawing directly on raw enamel.
Floral patterns vary according to eras and inspirations of the moment.
