Order
You can order:
- An available piece (catalog / online shop)
- A reissue (according to open series)
- A made-to-order piece (formats, series, projects)
Each order is confirmed by the workshop (availability, timing, shipping conditions).
Timing
Timing varies according to: stock status, production time, drying and firing cycles. A "made-to-order" piece takes time: clay cannot be rushed.
Shipping
We ship with reinforced packaging, adapted to ceramics. Depending on pieces, hand delivery at the workshop may be preferable.
Returns / transport damage
In case of breakage upon receipt: keep packaging, take photos, contact us quickly. We always seek a fair solution.

Workshop visit
The workshop is a workplace. To preserve the production rhythm, visits are by appointment only.

- The workshop and some historical machines
- Pieces in progress (drying, glazing)
- A selection of available pieces
- Sometimes, glaze tests / color research
